We're looking for a Professional Services Engineer, to work with our customers, understand their needs, help formulate solutions, and help them achieve their goals with our product.

About the position:

  • Building high-quality technological solutions and architectures for customers
  • Managing and maintaining the integrations, deployments, upgrades, and performance improvements on customers’ environments
  • Executing and delivering technical tasks with customers (onsite/ remote)
  • Providing technical assistance to support and development teams
  • Acquiring knowledge of new technologies and third-party applications to improve customer solutions
  • Compose design, sizing, architecture and operation documentation
  • Function as a Subject Matter Expert in the Authorization arena and specifically on PlainID solutions. 
  • Support and guide partners and clients in the scoping, designing, development and implementation of the PlainID solutions.


  • At least 3 years of technical Professional Services experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integration
  • Experience setting up and installing software on Linux platforms (on-premise and cloud)
  • Experience with Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, etc)
  • Experience with Directories (LDAP, AD)
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with global clients and partners
  • Ability to write technical documents
  • Familiarity with identity and access management - an advantage
  • Experience in a startup company - an advantage
  • Experience with containers and Kubernetes - an advantage
  • Willingness to travel about 25%

Base salary  95,000$-125,000$
