Job Description

  • Develop, execute and measure integrated campaigns to achieve aggressive goals in building awareness, lead generation, pipeline, and revenue
  • Work closely with product marketing to ensure campaigns align with the GTM plan
  • Set strategy and execute outbound demand creation programs including email and nurture programs, content syndication, SEO/SEM, paid media, etc.
  • Manage the marketing budget to optimize program investments and tracking of investment ROI while staying within budget
  • Work in conjunction with field marketing to design, and support live events to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix and ensure there is a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates
  • Implement, track and analyze online marketing campaigns to optimize performance and provide reporting on programs
  • Work with marketing operations and revenue operations to manage and optimize marketing automation (, Hubspot) system to support campaigns
  • Manage external marketing agencies


  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with cybersecurity experience preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in demand generation, growth/acquisition marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, MBA or Masters's degree preferred
  • Proven track record of hitting demand generation goals using diverse channels and tactics
  • Self-starter attitude, comfort working in ambiguous environments, and independently driving towards outcomes
  • Bias toward action and a results-oriented mindset that prioritizes progress over perfection
  • Strong familiarity with marketing technologies and systems including Google Analytics, Salesforce, Hubspot, Demandbase
  • Track record of success partnering with stakeholders, especially in Sales and Product Marketing
  • Data orientation to continually focus on testing and learning, and using data to maximize ROI
  • Demonstrated sense of ownership, project management capabilities, and operational rigor
  • Accountable for driving results with data and insights, leveraging data across the funnel to inform key decisions
  • Insatiable curiosity and desire to learn and grow
  • Exhibits a passion for digital innovation, creativity, and performance
  • Exceptional written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills to communicate, influence, and effectively convey information at all levels of the organization.
