About PlainID + Ping Identity
The PlainID Authorization platform manages and controls authorization using policies that define who can access what and when. In order to build precise and diverse policies, PlainID can utilize Ping Identity as the main source of identities or as a source for additional identity attributes. The identity information obtained from Ping Identity can be synthesized with identity information pulled from other sources for the creation of access policies.
Technical Information
The integration with Ping identity as an information point for identity attributes is based on the identity information captured in the JWT in the authentication token issued by Ping during the Authentication process.
