About The Position

PlainID is looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated, self starting individual to strategically manage partners across EMEA.  The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Channel and Partner management with the ability to think strategically across business, product and technical customer challenges.

  • Drive pipeline and revenue within the partner ecosystem across EMEA, against quota
  • Build, maintain and expand GTM relationships with designated partner accounts
  • Conduct/coordinate partner sales training
  • Serve as a partner advocate inside PlainID
  • Build relationships with partner sales teams to keep PlainID top of mind for opportunities
  • Drive the negotiation of partner agreements including terms, deliverables and compensation
  • Oversee the day to day operations of partnerships, ensuring that all parties are meeting their obligations and delivering results based on KPIs
  • Regularly monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships and provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and lead quarterly business reviews with key partners
  • Build a strategic plan cross functionally for joint marketing events and assets
  • Continuously improve processes and implement change as necessary
  • Be laser focused on deal-centricity, partnered with AEs, to win and bring deals to close
  • Be able to clearly and simply articulate the business value of a highly complex, technical solution


Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background within Channel and Partner management and at least 5 -7 years in Channel/Partner management, including but not limited to:


  • A proven track record of establishing successful B2B partnerships and driving mutual growth through aligned GTM programs
  • History of exceeding channel sales revenue targets and associated key performance indicators
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills to build relationships at all levels externally and internally
  • Proficiency in data analysis and metrics to optimize partnership performance
  • Current knowledge of the trends in the SaaS and Identity and Access Management system across EMEA
  • A BS/BA degree or equivalent is preferred, but not essential with the relevant industry experience
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
