Job Description:

  • Work closely with the growth marketing and revenue operations to help define, execute and monitor lead flow processes from inquiry to closed-won revenue, and optimize workflows to increase marketing and sales productivity
  • Help map and enhance the prospect’s journey – scoring, nurture streams, lead routing, automation, and emails through the buying journey
  • Oversee the administration of our marketing automation platforms with regard to demand and lead generation activities, marketing campaigns, and pipeline generation programs.
  • Support the greater marketing team through effective project management; help build and manage our lead reporting environment
  • Track Marketing’s impact on the business via Google Analytics, Salesforce, and other analytics tools
  • Manage marketing tech stack

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of marketing operations experience
  • 2 years of working experience with Marketo, Hubspot, Demandbase/6Sense, and Salesforce
  • Strong digital acumen and demonstrated understanding of customer intent journeys
  • Demonstrated approach to documentation and cross-functional adoption of operational processes
  • Strong knowledge of intent scoring and lead lifecycle operations, including nurture and trigger-based programs
  • Proficiency in data governance and data hygiene
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager
  • Working knowledge of Tableau or other BI tools
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and a bias toward action
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Experience with systems integration, custom objects, and data mapping.
  • Experience managing the technology and analytic structure for inbound/outbound and account-based demand-generation programs in a matrixed, multi-segmented B2B environment.
  • Hubspot, Google certification preferred
