About The Position

  • Ensure successful delivery onsite/ remote of consulting, deployment, integration and customization services o external customers
  • Lead the scoping, sizing, and estimating efforts for assigned engagements
  • Building high-quality technological solutions and architectures for customers
  • Collaborate with R&D, Support, sales and marketing teams to promote and progress professional services
  • Manage and act as escalation tier to tech-support issues
  • Govern the escalation of tech issues not resolvable at the project level where technical/performance related issues occur

You should also bring the following:

  •  Experience working with external, enterprise scale customers
  • Experience leading the scoping and delivery of technology services engagements


  • Hands On experience setting up and installing software on Linux platforms (on-prem. and cloud)
  • Hands On experience with Databases (Oracle, MSSQL, PostgreSQL, etc)
  • Hands On experience with Directories (LDAP, AD)
  • Familiarity with identity and access management - an advantage
  • Hands On experience with scripting languages as Bash, Python

Soft Skills

  • Ability to drive project-based work and to manage tasks, schedules and deliverables
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, including written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to function in dynamic environments, whether leading or following
  • Experience in a startup company - an advantage
  • Experience with containers and Kubernetes - an advantage
  • Willingness to travel
