About PlainID

Trying to deal with the evergrowing complexity of authorization has always been a challenge. This challenge has just reached a whole new level as businesses demand AuthZ support to back their rapid growth, expand their boundaries to the cloud and mobile, and require multiple entities control.

what we do

PlainID recognizes the frustrations of businesses struggling to figure out and scale up with IAM.
We were frustrated, too! That’s why we founded PlainID in 2014. Rather than making only incremental changes, we upended the technology itself and simplified authorization.

Our solution reduces AuthZ to one point of decision, one point of control and one point of view. The rapid demands of business require a clear path to the tools and apps that enable growth. We don’t put up roadblocks; our solution is not messy or hard to understand.

PlainID makes it simple. It enables rapid business growth. It has a dynamic rule engine to “calculate” authorizations based on time, place, event and other attributes. It clearly visualizes the connections between people, devices and services and all those authorizations.

No rocket science required here. It really is PlainID.
